DOG DAYS ARE OVER

The past year has been full of so many highs and lows, and honestly I think I have done more growing, and become so much more aware of who I am and what I want in life. Although the year began with a rocky start, and there were a lot of trials and tribulations, the year is ending on an incredible note. I have cultivated and saved some amazing friendships, cut out a lot of toxic individuals, and even had an honest and fulfilling relationship. I won awards, was published, had an amazing job and amazing professors. I read tons of Fitzgerald, Timothy Findlay and discovered Ayn Rand.
In less than a month I will be leaving to go abroad for six months and I am so excited and nervous. Looking back I think I really worked at achieving a lot of my resolutions from last year; treating myself better, pushing myself, and working on relationships. This coming year I hope to grow even more into my own, as always, spend less and just enjoy life, taking every opportunity that comes my way.

It eluded us then, but that's no matter - tomorrow we will run faster, stretch our arms out further...And one fine morning -
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.

HAVE ONE ON ME

First+Last: D&G Sunglasses, Nudie Jean Jacket, Acne Shirt, Nudie Jeans
Middle: Lacoste Shirt, Nudie Jean Jacket, Nudie Jeans, J. Lindeberg Belt

Joanna Newsom is incredible, I have been listening to her album on repeat for the last month. Christmas was excellent this year as always. There is nothing like spending some good quality time with the fam and eating delicious food. I got this jacket and the Lacoste shirt for Christmas. The jacket is going to be perfect for Australia, it's super light and feels great. More Christmas stuff to come!

PARACHUTE

I've spent a lot of time at malls the last couple days. The mall downtown just finished it's renovations and is incredibly gorgeous. Another mall in the south also expanded recently and now has Burberry, Anthropologie, Lacoste and Harry Rosen to name a few. I figured since it's almost Christmas I would post some of the most lust-worthy items on my dream wish-list (one day I will marry a millionaire, trust)

Hermes Medium Jypsiere Shoulder Bag
Deep Blue clemence bullcalf

Louis Vuitton Epi Leather Zippy Wallet

Hermes Large Evelyne III in blue taurillon clemence leather, silver and palladium hardware

Hermes Double wrap leather bracelet in black chamonix leather: I tried this baby on earlier today, perfection!

The Hermes bags are so next level, the only thing I don't quite understand is how the Evelyn is 2500 while the Jypsiere is almost 8000. Life isn't fair sometimes.

I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

Posting lately has been well, non-existent. School just finished up for the holidays and I have a rather long break before I leave on exchange at the end of January. I'm hoping to post my projects from the end of last year as well as this year and recount some of the more memorable highlights. This past semester was actually really great, I just had an insane amount going on from sublet drama to group projects to lots of personal developments. Since I've got home I've just been completely relaxing,SHOPPING drinking and eating non-stop. It's been so long since I just had nothing to think about! (I'm giving myself until the new year before I start thinking about preparing everything for when I leave, ahh!)
I love Christmas, and once again it's coming far to quick. A very Rosie Christmas, Christmas cookies, wrapping presents, and peppermint white mocha's have been a mainstay of this time of year, and I have been going at all these full force!
Can't wait to see what's hiding under the tree
:)
